The production of water-veil painting chambers reached an high with a favourable quality/price rate.

Structure panels and the superior caisson are entirely made in galvanized plates (stainless steel on demand) press braked and projected to render the machine completely modular. The above mentioned particulars assembly is made exclusively by bolting, using specific sealants through which welding can be avoided.

Chamber’s slides are feed by containment water small basins which are filled by a pump inside the chamber. These slides and small basins are made by press braked plates and their task is to make the first paint pigments knock-down through the water veil they create.

Behind the slides is installed a nozzle holder tube necessary to a further paint pigments knock-down.

The aspiration is operated by electro-fans which are dimensioned in order to have air velocity going from 0.5 to 0.3 metres/second.

In the upper part of the chamber there are auto-extinguishing glass fibre filters contained in drawers extractable for normal maintenance operations.

Normal control and cleaning operations are made easier by the inspection door positioned on the chamber side.

Water-veil painting chambers are supplied with differential manometer for filters obstruction, air interblock pneumatic valve and fan with copper shim adjustment as required by machine law.
