Since we were born we realized uncountable painting systems, each one with different technical, productive and dimension features, but there is a necessity shared by all of our customers: having maximum energy conservation. This necessity drove us and our technical department to research modern and innovative solutions fit for optimizing energetic yield of our devices, hence, for maximum reduction of managing costs.
Therefore with this objective we projected high efficiency thermal exchange systems, based on “triple smokes whirl with pipes” with great contact surfaces; we practically canceled thermal bridge into the ovens; we reduced to minimum the passing dimensions in the machines and we retain, up to now, to have minimized energy wastes of our devices, using the best technologies available.
At the same time we made a long study in order to reduce one of the most important source of thermal dispersion: the inevitable hot air leakage from continuous oven stoke holes due to the “breaking” of the air veil which controls originated by the transit of parts through entrance/exit stoke holes.
This transit, in a continuous system, is unceasing, hence, thermal dispersions is inevitably great and unfortunately is intrinsically linked to quantity of the production; the most productive a painting line is the most consistent this dispersions will be.
According to technical evaluations made by our engineering team, the level these dispersions can reach, in case of particularly big or geometrically complex shapes, a maximum of 25% of machine energy consumption, hence, removing this wastes it is possible reducing system managing costs and a considerable decreasing of productive line environmental impact and in particular of green-house gasses.
All these considerations drove us to invest much resources in an innovative and simple solution and, up to this day we can proudly propose our control system “Thermal Loss reduction”, which removes completely these thermal wastes and today is protected by international patent N.WO/2008/12064: Link (WO/2008/129064) DEVICE FOR THE THERMAL LOSS REDUCTION .
This revolutionary system permits, through a system of moving compartments, managed by a particular high temperature conditions reading system, a complete shutting of entrance and closure ovens’ stoke holes, with evident economical and environmental advantages.
