Powder painting system

Powder painting systems can be used on every metal surface. They are nearly zero environmental impact thanks to our heat control system and to the total recover of the powders which do not adhere to the product’s surface.

The system is based on different technological procedures that allow the optimisation of the part to paint.

Powder painting is applied on metal surfaces by electrostatic attraction. The entire process takes place in painting chambers built with dielectric materials.

In most of our painting plants are complete of a pretreatment system and washing able to perform such work and then make the piece perfectly clean.
The different metallic materials requiring different types of pretreatment differentiated  by, type of material, by substance for which you want to remove the from the surface, both to the time of adhesion strength desired.
Our company is specialized in manufacturing of the following pretreatment system tunnel;

  • degreasing

Spray pretreat tunnel

This type of tunnel is particularly indicated for the treatment of small and medium-size pieces and, it is more used in systems with continuous monorail overhead conveyor types. All the tank of the active stages are insulated with mineral wool panels and equipped with a heating system that can be placed inside or external to the tank. A special and exclusive system of mechanical connection of the upper body panels of the tunnel ensures total waterproof, while a special profile of the panels above it completely prevents the release of water. Our tunnels are designed according to these different stages of chemical treatment and therefore made of steel. This construction is mainly used in the treatment of large parts, and installed mainly in operating systems with conveyor type bi-rail. The separation of stages is obtained with doors made of stainless steel-tight handled external pneumatic actuators. Drying ovens

  • All our drying ovens are made of mineral wool insulation 200 mm. and density 80 kg/m3.
    This feature allows a working temperature of the oven to 200 ° C, the characteristic is extremely important when degassing operations are necessary in materials such as cast iron, galvanized steel or the aluminum.

Painting chambers

In our plants, the powder coating spray booth is an element of considerable importance, for it is truly given the function of the aesthetic result obtained is the economic cost of budget management.

Polymerization ovens

Powder painting systems are currently the most used products in the outline painting systems in Italy and abroad.
