We have always paid particular attention on projecting these ovens: the reason is simple, they have always been the most bought product in Italy in the industrial powder painting sector.

The modular structure of these ovens permits a quick displacement or an easy enlargement when a quantity and/or dimensional increasing is necessary.

During the continue research for the product modulation we paid particular attention in projecting the combustion chamber, the heart of the whole system, maximizing contact times in heat exchange and obtaining in this way the maximum efficiency possible. We also adopted a variable speed fanning to avoid the contamination between parts of different colors until the reaching of “gelification” point.

We equipped our ovens, the only ones in Italy, of a proper internal diffusion system to guarantee temperature uniformity inside the whole chamber independently from oven dimension. 

Until nowadays we obtained a high quality product and of technical and environmental incomparable performances, responding to necessities of craftsmen’ activities which want a little paint system as well as to necessities of industrial groups which want special machinery for particularly high quality operations.

Pieces and the necessity to cook this parts in static ovens both if it is equipped with the most developed twin-rail system, or it is equipped with more simple systems.

This device has always been used also by all that companies which do not have a number of parts so consistent to justify the use of automatic systems, but they have the necessity of doing these operations inside their plants, because of logistical  and quality reasons.

Third party companies which own highly productive systems, hence use this kind of devices to do quick painting operations, or to respect production times and costs or because they want to satisfy their customers’ “urgent” requests, without compromising normal production times.

We design and produce:

• Curing ovens generally continuous, accompanied by sheets of containment heat or air, at the request of our system is protected by international patent N.WO/2008/12064 (WO/2008/129064) DEVICE FOR THE THERMAL LOSS REDUCTION.
• Bell oven , suitable for installation in systems with continuous progress pieces, containment heat air curtain do not need air or other devices, but require that the pieces are placed at the right distance on local height greater than the solution "in line"
• Static cell oven with opening and closing doors, mainly used for step by step overhead conveyors or bi-rail overhead conveyor, in generally they are used in big plants.
