Powder painting systems can be used on every metal surface. They are nearly zero environmental impact thanks to our heat control system and to the total recover of the powders which do not adhere to the product’s surface.

Liquid painting is directed to the metal furnishing industry and it permits a high level of finish and shine of the final product. This kind of painting systems have to be realized with extreme care in order to avoid dust or other impurity penetrating inside the system and compromising the final quality of the handmade.

Water-based liquid painting systems are rather similar to solvent- based liquid painting systems. They differ essentially on the choice of ventilation capacity, on the method of knock-down and, extremely important value, on the environmental impact which is significantly lower in water-based systems because the emanation of SOV doesn’t take place during the application and drying processes, except for a marginal quantity.

Cataphoric painting systems permit to apply the paint by electrodeposition, an innovative method with low environmental impact. Cataphoresis and anaphoresis are essentially the same method, they differ only on the polarity of the process. In the cataphoresis the part has the function of cathode, while in the anaphoresis the part has the function of anode, hence, two different kinds of paint are used depending on the method used.

This type of treatment is recommended to clean parts of complex geometry, particularly where the pre-treatment spray faces has a lot of difficulties in penetration or in situations where want to treat a large amount of material in each stage, such as aluminum bars.
