CMV Acronym of Costruzione macchine verniciatura is a company located in Serrunganina via dell’industria 2 Provincia di Pesaro e Urbino.
Set up in 1997, the founding members are Mirco Frati and Saimon Frati, both with relevant professional experience in factories of the same sector.
The specific experience and a motivated and professional working group, together with a great attention to research, innovation and quality of products and services permitted a quick development, making of CMV national leader on painting systems and devices sector.
CMV now is asserting itself even on international market, collecting commercial successes.

During its development the company has made farsighted entrepreneur choices, one of these is to realize painting devices and systems inside the company to achieve total technology control of the products, this represents one of the strong points of the company, making our product more and more competitive for its quality and value.

Activities
CMV’s competences in production of machines and painting systems are based on technologies derived from several years of R&D which allow to obtain products with high added value, plus technical and esthetic value.
We operate in various sectors, but we count our most important installation in factories producing industrial shelves, urban furnishes, street’s illuminating engineering and painting for a third part.
We got our best results in:

Consulting- the project of the system
CMV projects or realizes new machinery and painting systems or adequate existing systems to the costumers’ needs and objectives..
In order to transform ideas into products, we use 3D and CAD CAM to assure fast of realization.
CMV offers a preliminary consulting to support and give advice to customers while choosing the system which better fits his needs valuing the best solutions according to industrial logistic, production flows, kind of production and flexibility with the purpose of offering an ad hoc system and a turnkey solution.
Installation and post-installation of machinery and painting systems
We offer a competent consulting during the before-sale phase, an efficient service of installation and starting of machinery and a careful operators’ training to improve the use of the installed machinery.
The after-sales service assure to our consumers a constant technical assistance, a fast delivery of spare parts, always available, technical interventions and a constant control of the system’s conditions also trough visits planned and assured by a contract of after-sales assistance.
