CMV projects, produces and installs new painting systems or adapted to existing ones depending on customers needs and objectives. CMV painting systems were born to satisfy specific planning and plant engineering requirements of our customers.
Painting systems differ above all from kind of paint used, kind of mounting to which apply the superficial treatment and the transport system which can be manual or automatic with monorail system or with a highly technological twin-rail system.
One of the main characteristic of the painting system is transport of the parts and kind of painting.

Mono-rail systems are used for automatic transport of the parts and fit superficial treatment of little and medium dimensioned parts; moreover, they are suitable for big lots of industrial goods.
CMV patented on international level a revolutionary heat control system which allows avoiding energy wastes due to usual heat leakage from opening and closing stoke-holes of the ovens, caused by continuous parts transit, hence, obtaining double advantage of strongly decreasing management costs and controlling greenhouse-gasses emissions.
Some of our projects:
Directed to
Companies working plastic materials, companies producing small metal parts, company producing furniture pieces and every third party painting companies.
Advantages
Twin-rail systems fit big dimension parts treatment, systems which require the opportunity to have independent times during different processes or in case of little spaces for painting system installation.
Some of our projects:
Directed to
Twin-rail systems fit particularly companies which produce metal structural work, traffic illuminating engineering, building or agricultural machinery, heat-based galvanization, naval sector or all the companies producing goods that need extremely differentiate treatments, as car parts producers, household appliances producers and every third party painting company working with these goods.
Advantages
Twin-rail systems offer several advantages; the possibility of installing closing doors on the different processes allows a considerable energetic waste reduction as well as the possibility of making different processes independent in times, carrying out in some zones “steady part” treatments, while in other areas are made “moving part” treatments. Moreover it’s possible realizing systems in very small areas, and it’s possible to divert parts in others divisions, not effecting the painting process.
The use of manual transport or static systems implies a low productivity or anyhow not a great mass-production working.
Some of our products:
Directed to
Companies using this kind of systems are little mechanical carpentries producing fastenings, fencings, handrails, balustrades etc., companies producing few but great metal structure and third party company which, though having well producing systems for little shapes, wants to complete their offer with little systems for structural work of important dimensions.
We suggest this solution to all the companies which need to install inside the company a painting system in order to maximize the quality level of their products or because of logistical reasons, even though do not have a great amount of parts to be treated which justify the usage of complex kinds of systems.
Advantages
The advantages of this simple but effective system are several; the low cost of the capital outlay; the possibility of making different processes with absolutely independent times; reduced and totally bounded to production energetic consumption make this kind of systems the ideal solution for companies with low production needs but great quality and logistic requirement.
