Manual washing chambers are machines appropriately projected to do manually the parts washing using a proper nozzle which works in high pressure regime.
These chambers can be provided with used liquid recovery system or with disposable system, with refluents storage and following removal of them.
These chambers fit particularly companies which treat few parts, even though they are big parts, and they are very easy to use.
A contra of these chambers is that they necessarily require one or more workers, so quality results of the treatment are closely connected to these operators’ manual ability.
They are composed by:
- external plugging in impermeable panels and transparent material porthole;
- Entrance/exit doors projected for any specific necessity;
- Filled in or suspended fiddley opening;
- Refluent waters recovery pool;
- Mists aspiration group with relative filtering system;
- Internal illuminating system.

This kind of device fit particularly for pre-treatments of small lots of goods, for big parts washing, for treatments of parts with difficult geometry for which normal “in-line” systems do not guarantee perfect washing of all surfaces, for companies which do not have many parts to pre-treat, but have the necessity of doing these operations inside their plants and, more in general, for all that systems with manual or semi-automatic handling.
